Welcome to English 8

I'm excited to have you all in class this year, and I look forward to getting to know you all better as the year progresses. We will use this website to discuss ideas with each other, to keep in touch outside of class, and as a clearinghouse for information. Please keep in mind that while this is a slightly informal atmosphere, you're still expected to write your posts with attention to detail. That means you should strive for good grammar, watch your punctuation, and double check your spelling. In the meantime, welcome to English 8!
